Our CI-MASTER series of OTR tyres extruder builders represent one of the most advanced machines in the range of tyres from 25" up to 63" rim diameter.

Tyre holding group with steel plates (low pressure inflation), tyre drive by Brushless motor and hydraulic tyre support for easy loading and unloading (no pit required)

Exclusive Touch Screen PC with Lan Connection, Ethernet Connection and USB Port for NetCam Connection NEW and reinforced inclined tyre holding frame.
This CNC driven extruder uses a 5 axis strip application group with calendering rollers and strip supporting device, for a perfect control of the rubber strip application.

"Cold feed" pin type extruder screw and 4 zones of temperature control.

Comparison on PLC screen of the buffed casing profile and final build casing dimension for an optimum and consistent tyre building final result.
